Confetti Cake Base NTB-18

A glassy pink confetti glitter base.

This is a rosy peachy-pink toned gel base coat. It has a sheerness to it where even when it’s built up on the nail, you will still see the nail underneath! It has multiple different types of glitter pieces in it ranging from small micro glitter, to chunkier holographic hexagonal pieces!
